We started purrlates in 2020 during the Covid shutdown. We wanted to share Pilates exercises and stretches for people stuck at home. Please check out our class catalog page for class offerings.

After the shutdown ended we started teaching purrlates at KitTea Cafe in San Francisco! We raised money for the purrmanent cat residents at the cafe, practiced inclusive Pilates, made new friends, and drank bubbly.

Currently, we are located in Portland, Oregon, USA. Lady is teaching at Pearl Pilates while Archie lounges at home and practices self-care.
